Always like to take my Mustang them. They are very knowledgeable, Russ owns a similar Mustang, and they are a local friendly small shop.

Best service ever! Such great employees from the mechanics to the office staff. Before they did my wheel alignment they went through what they would do. How much it would cost. While doing the job they noticed that one of my lug nuts was rounded off. They called me to let me know and I was able to have them put a new one on. I will most definitely recommend this shop.

Awesome short notice check and adjustments before an emergency trip outside. The Alcan really put it all to the test. 44 hours later I pulled onto the island completely satisfied with my ‘02 fudge Cummins and their work on it. All that experience is worth making it your only shop for front end work!

Was having issues with my truck pulling to the right and inside tire wear. Was great to hear that all 4 ball joints were covered by Napa Lifetime Warranty. As always great professional service.

I ended up having a lot of things wrong with my truck. Instead of just quoting me a price to fix it, Russ requested I come in so he could personally show me everything that he saw during the inspection and so I would understand what I was paying for and why I was paying for it. Frontline Automotive gave me and inspection and quoted me a price that was completely free while a week prior, I was charged $300 dollars at another shop just for their opinion on what they thought was wrong. Point is, I'll be going to Front End Shop for all my repair needs from now on.

We appreciate you letting us care for your 2005 Silverado and for the great review that you have shared. At first I was disappointed with the shop but if your unhappy five them a chance to try to satisfy you I had a steering issue in my 98 ram 2500 I brought them the truck and they replaced the p.s. pump unfortunately that was not the exact problem and I was very upset but Leo called and wanted to see if he could make me a happy customer so a few calls later and now it's back to the shop and now having the steering gear replaced at a more then fair price for me cause the organinal diagnosis was not 100% accurate I would recommend to anyone and I will continue to use them they are the 1st truly honest mechanics I have found and when you find a good honest one you don't let them go

We appreciate that you reached out to us with your concerns and gave us a chance to work out the situation and come to an agreement that works for both of us.
